Springeren - Marine Experience Center
The exhibits at Springeren Maritime Centre tell stories about the unique life at sea in the Port of Aalborg and Aalborg Shipyards. You will see historic event mixed with new technology which makes it fun and educational to visit the centre.
The main attraction is the last Danish constructed and Danish built submarine ‘Springeren’ and the world’s fastest gas-turbine torpedo board ‘Søbjørnen’. Both vessels are placed on land and are open to the public. You can try your navigation skills as captain of a modern high speed ferry in the museum's simulator.
Notice that Springeren is closed on December 24., 25., 26. and 31. and January 1th. Besides this, they are opened longer during summer.
