The Primitive Camp Site "Krogen" - Krogager - Not long from Billund

In Denmark, there are more than 1,000 primitive campsites where you can stay overnight.

The primitive campsite "Krogen" is located in a small forest by Stenderup-Krogager - about 20 minutes drive from Billund. "Krogen" consists of three shelters as well as an annexe/cottage with 4 beds, electric heating and a coffee maker. On the grass area surrounding the shelters, there is room for tents.

On site there is also access to electricity, running water, toilet and a primitive kitchen with a refrigerator and two hotplates. There is also access to a large barbecue and 2 fire rings with dry wood.

You can spend the night at "Krogen" in one of the shelters and tent spots without pre-booking. The annex/cottage must be booked in advance at www.Booking.com.

The primitive campsite "Krogen" in Stenderup-Krogager offers accommodation in tranquil and natural surroundings.

In the area: Convenience store approx. 400 m, Ansager Stream with canoeing and fishing approx. 850m (canoes can be rented in Ansager), Put & Take fishing ca. 800 m and Legoland 23 km.

On bike route 9 between Grindsted and Bramming there is a sign for "Krogen". On the road from Varde to Billund (via Ansager) there is a sign for "Krogen", where the road crosses cycling route 9 in Krogager.
